Project Name: World Vision – When I was a Kid
Client: World Vision Singapore
Agency: Paprika

This non profit project called on Paprika to create and conceptualize an online campaign to activate the general public to pledge donations.

Initially, our creative direction led us to create a “complaint wall”- urging locals to write down their complaints, and from thereon, showing that in most deprived countries of the world, people barely complain. This was designed to appeal to human sympathy, hoping to translate it to monetary donations.

However, we've realized that though this was a novel idea, the complaint wall felt very “negative” - a characteristic that we didn't want to associate with a renowned NGO, dedicated to further children's causes.

The visuals utilizes children's style illustrations – inspired by fun, happy memories that we want to impart on the less fortunate youth of the world.
