Cebu Pacific delays flight — again!

After my enjoyable trip to manila, I experienced  airport horror. Cebu Pac overbooked their flight.
They were auctioning off free roundtrip airfare, one night hotel stay, in exchange for the seat.
They delayed us for 2 hours and they refuse to give us anything (not even water) because they insist that they only give refreshments if people [...]
