Graphika Manila | Artists up for collaboration wanted!
Last Saturday, we attended the famed Graphika Manila 2007 - an international multimedia conference featuring local and foreign artists from cross media specializations. I found asylum particularly interesting, very awesome and hip artworks. Cheers to Mr. Steve Tirona as well, I really love his photography :) I like it that he adds his personal touch of surrealism to the glossy print media - as well as other outputs.
More about Graphika Manila found in Ricky’s blog
(because I have yet to upload the photos of this year’s event)

Early this morning, I was invited to be a guest at a local channel called UNTV - a very unconventional channel which houses their studio - in a *drumroll* a house.
I was part of their morning segment which tackled arts and music. Pretty fun. I plugged this website for any interested artists who would like to create collaborative artworks and what nots. I’m so glad that I got invited! Thanks to Mr. Rodel Flordeliz, I really appreciate my 10 minutes of fame.
(Oh goodie. Apparently I’m one of those few people who actually look thin on tv. I love it already!)

Me and a bunch of friends are hoping to host an exhibit sometime soon. Hopefully this pans out well. I’m so excited to paint again and flex my artistic muscles.
